• Provision of consulting services to acquirers and sellers of both national and international M&A transactions involving the German (or European) market
• Primary focus on Operational Due Diligence, operational improvement or restructuring projects as well as post merger integration projects with a special focus on the process industry
• Typical customers encompass private equity houses and their German based portfolio companies
• Responsibility for complete modules and projects; also for a variety of other related assignments, such as restructuring of companies, operational business plan review, efficiency analysis, merger benefit analysis or program management of integration projects
• Leadership of teams, performance of operational analysis, independent development of reports

• Excellent university degree in business administration, business administration and engineering and/ or similar qualification, ideally complemented by any additional education (MBA or other post-graduate studies)
• 4 to 7 years experience in management consulting (focus on integration projects) or in process industry (plastics, food, chemicals etc.) with focus on any of operational improvement, business plan analysis, lean manufacturing, efficiency improvement, restructuring and post merger integration
• Excellent level of written and spoken English/German; comprehensive IT skills
• Self-starter with good analytical skills and zero-defect attitude, broad-minded team player
• Demonstrates flexibility as well as conclusive manners, confidence and dependability
