• Provision of consulting services to acquirers and sellers of both national and international M&A transactions involving the German (or European) market
• Primary focus on Carve out projects and related topics such as Transition Management Office, Day 1 Planning, Transition Roadmap, TSA and SLA management, performance improvement, change processes etc.
• Responsibility for complete modules and projects; also for a variety of other related assignments, such as operational business plan review, efficiency analysis or program management etc.
• Leadership of sub-teams and teams, performance of operational analysis, independent development of respective sections of reports, presentations and proposals

• Excellent university degree in business administration, business administration and engineering and/ or similar qualification, ideally complemented by any additional education (MBA or other post-graduate studies)
• 4 to 10 years experience in management consulting (focus on carve out projects) and/ or in the industry with a strong track record in different carve out projects
• Excellent level of written and spoken English/German; comprehensive IT skills
• Self-starter with good analytical skills and zero-defect attitude, broad-minded team player
• Demonstrates flexibility as well as conclusive manners, confidence and dependability
